She is gentle, easy to handle, foals on her own, a good milker, etc. Her Sire, Serenade Song is a gray stallion purchased from the Wiescamp Ranch by Keith and Mary Peterson of Ashland, Missouri. He is the sire of 150 foals, including Mr Golden Honey. AQHA amateur champion, Fawns Blue Melody and Skip Caballo, etc. Smoke's Dam, Skip May Day, is by AQHA Champion Skip A Row who also stood at Peterson Ranch and is a grand daughter of Blondy's Dude. Smoke is due to foal in May, she's bred to Docs VI Echols, Jr, who has 3rd & 4th generation breeding of Doc Bar, Poco Tivio, Three Bars, Zantanon and other early foundation lines. Last year's colt seen in the photo is from the same stallion and is also for sale. He's a good ranch/working horse prospect, he should turn gray, is already gelded and halter broke.
