The Weakland ranch is
located in Woodburn, Iowa. Together, the Weakland family has spent
many years assembling their broodmare herd and finding just the
right cross. The Weakland's broodmare band consist of the following
bloodlines: Special Effort, Sure Skipper, Rocket Wrangler, Easy
Jet, Shi Bar Skip, Tiger Leo, Two-Eyed Jack, Skip Salero, and Goldseeker
Bars. The Weakland's premier stallion, Hard Times Charlie, a gorgeous
sorrel stallion, is used to cross on the Weakland's broodmares,
resulting in foals that have color, baby doll heads, big hips, good
bone, along with a terrific disposition. The Weakland's oldest foals
by Hard Times Charlie are now yearlings and they are very excited
about the possibilities these young horses promise.
The Weaklands have more
than 21 young horses for sale all with lots of chrome and color.
Some of these young horses are displayed below. The Weaklands will
be happy to tell you about the other produce they have for sale,
so don't be shy about calling or stopping by their ranch. Visitors
are always welcome.

Silent Rula is another one of our fine mare, out of a daughter of the great Spanish
Ruler.
